BEIRUT (Reuters) - Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said Syrian troops might pull out of Lebanon in the next few months, as Lebanese protesters rallied in central Beirut on Tuesday demanding Syria get out of their country.

No war necessary. It would be great if this would become a domino effect.

Could it be possible that the outing of Saddam and the Iraqi elections are inspiring and giving other oppressed people in the region the motivation and encouragement they need to stand up in united opposition?

I dont know, but the only way positive change is going to work is if the people want it.
