Christmas Eve 2005

Christmas Eve we went to my mom’s house and open gifts. We ate a wonderful meal with a honey ham and all the accompanying dishes.

The kids had a blast exchanging gifts. It’s wonderful to see how thoughtful they are at not only being very thankful receiving gifts but also so happy to giving the gifts they had for others.

I had been having stomach problems so the night was pretty miserable and I thank God that he let me feel well enough to participate with the family during the opening of the gifts. I felt horrible before and after but felt ok during. I ended up sleeping most of the night away with terrible pain.

I was out most of the night so I can’t really comment on all the things went on but I do know the kids had fun during the traditional decorating of cookies.

Here are some photos.

The boys gave Kristen that blue stone necklace

The Kennady Corral

I felt well enough to enjoy some pants and a shirt.

Joe got the bag of trash he kept asking for

Now Mom is moving up in the world. *bad joke*
