  We had Alex’s 6th Birthday Saturday July 22nd at mom’s house. Alex chose a pirate theme for his party.

• Alex Turns 6 -
  Alex turned 6 July 19th. I went to work in the morning then at noon, after a meeting with a new company I am doing contract for, Brandi came and picked me up and we all went to see the movie “Cars” at the Harkins Theatre.

• Tis the Season of Colorful Explosions -
  Saturday July 1st we caught the traditional Fireworks display at the Greens Apartments which are close to where we live. It’s always fun to load up in the car in our pajamas and drive down to a local church parking lot to watch them.

• Mall of the Americas -
  The following day we headed out to go to the Mall of American in Minnesota. The kids enjoyed seeing such a huge mall. We went with really just two things in mind to see; The Aquarium and the Lego Store.

• The Day Of The Mother -

• Alex's School Awards Ceremony -
  Alex had his kindergarden graduation and awards ceremony today. He dressed up in his best clothes and the class got up on stage and sang the presidents song and a Spanish song. Alex got to go to the microphone and introduce a song.

• Alex Lost His First Tooth -
  Alex lost his first tooth April 19th right before going to bed. It had been loose for while now and was dangling by a thread but of course he wouldn’t let us touch it.

• To The Batmobile! We Haven't One Moment To Loose! -
  Thomas and I went to see the batmobile at the Thunder Run II event in OKC. We also got to see the Robin Cycle from the 1960's batman movie and Fonzi's Motorcycle from Happy Days.

• Sisson Motors Releases Newest Model; The Mya ES -
  My sister Kristen was induced that morning and had the baby by noon. She weighed 8.3 lbs and 19" long. Everything went perfectly; quick and easy without all the panicked cries for help we experienced last time. Mya is an incredibly beautiful baby.

• Brandi Turns 30 Today -

• Christmas Day 2005 -
  Parker woke up early went into the living room and turned the TV on never looking to see what Santa brought. I heard him come into out room to wake us up so I headed out and woke Alex up so they both were able to see their gifts for the first time together.

• Christmas Eve 2005 -
  Christmas Eve we went to my mom’s house and open gifts. We ate a wonderful meal with a honey ham and all the accompanying dishes.

• Kindergarten Christmas -
  December 21st Alex’s Kindergarten class had its Christmas party. The kids painted tree ornaments, ate lots of food, had story time, and got some Christmas stockings with gifts in it.

• Christmas with my Grandparents -
  December 18th we had Christmas with my Grandparents on the Young side. We went to their house to open presents, eat, and visit. The kids had a great time and loved their gifts.

• Congratulations JMB! -
  Saturday was the Juris Doctorate Hooding and Commencement Ceremony of my good friend James Matthew Branum. He graduated from OCU and I sure wish I could have been there. My niece had a dance recital so I couldn’t go.

• Decorating the Tree -
  We decorated our Christmas Tree December 3rd. Every year we say we are going to get a new one and then after its all dressed up we love the way it looks. The tree is on its last leg but who knows how much more we will get out of it.

• I've Gotten Really Behind On Posting -
  I've gotten really behind on posting and I hope to get back into the swing. I have plans on launching a new updated site that will run on Moveable type 3.2 but there is still much testing to do and also I’m working on a new look and feel at the same time so it might be sometime in the first half of next year that it gets done.

• My Brother Noel's Birthday -
  Yesterday was my younger brothers Birthday. Noel died 9 years ago on Saturday, March 22 from head injuries received in a Basketball game. Even though its been 9 years I still miss him terribly.

  We traveled to waurika Oklahoma Saturday Nov. 19th for Thanksgiving dinner with Brandies family. Every year we go to her Great Grandmothers house for thanksgiving. That’s right Great Grandmother, the kids Great Great Grandmother.
